Based in Cornwall, a beautiful part of the country. I have always worked within a specific community,Over the years I have gained a lot of knowledge from the Theatre and artistic community who live and work here. The work has a sense of place and couldn't really come from anywhere else. My work is inclusive and inspiration comes from film, conceptual art, Dance and Theatre.

I have trained as an actor and a dramatherapist. I have always been interested in devising work for myself and also collaborating with others. Only once devising a solo show called The Republic of Folly, photos you can see in the gallery.

Live theatre has always grabbed me as a medium because of the relationship to the audience and intimacy. More recently I have been acting in film and television, but theatre and the human body on the stage still has a powerful and strong impact.

Although I enjoy comedy and the archetype of the clown or fool. I equally enjoy the challenges of serious and strong character acting. I love the language of Shakespeare and the political strength of Augusto Boal.

I am currently working with Shallal Theatre Company. An inclusive and creative Dance Theatre Company who work using Dance and acting improvisation film and live music and are a highly collaborative and creative company

The images you see on this web site are small record of the the body of work that I have participated in. The ephemeral quality of Theatre means that there are of ten few records. But theatrical images and moments linger on for many years in our imagination after the show has closed.
